Abstract
Purpose: to develop and evaluate a wordpress-based whatsapp rotator integration that streamlines prospective student inquiry management, improves communication responsiveness, and supports balanced inquiry distribution among marketing personnel.
Method: this study employed an action research methodology consisting of five stages: diagnosing, action planning, action taking, evaluation, and learning. The research involved the design, implementation, and assessment of a whatsapp rotator integrated into the wordpress-based website of the Indonesian Digital Business Polytechnic. Data were collected through system observation, implementation testing, and evaluation of the developed communication workflow to assess the effectiveness of the proposed solution in managing prospective student inquiries.
Findings: the whatsapp rotator integration successfully automated inquiry distribution, centralized data management, and improved communication efficiency in student inquiry handling.
Implications: for higher education institutions by offering a scalable digital communication model to improve student inquiry management, marketing coordination, and service responsiveness.
Originality: lies in integrating a WordPress-based WhatsApp Rotator system specifically for higher education inquiry management, combining automated message distribution, website integration, and centralized data management within a single communication framework.
